Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a Bristol-based B2B telemarketing company for a high-energy, people-driven Direct Sales Representative to join their growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with door-to-door, private-site, event, or field-based sales experience who loves speaking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and enjoys a fast-moving, face-to-face environment.
You will be representing the brand at pre-approved private sites, events, business parks and partner venues, engaging with potential customers, delivering a compelling pitch and driving new customer acquisition.
Key Duties:
Face-to-face customer engagement, approaching and engaging potential customers at private sites, events and partner locations. Delivering a high-impact sales pitch, communicating the offering clearly, confidently and persuasively. Handling objections, responding to questions and concerns on the spot and adapting your approach to each individual. Driving conversions, turning conversations into sign-ups, sales or appointments. Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, maintaining strong activity levels and consistently hitting performance targets.
