HR Generalist Location: Meath (Hybrid) Type: Contract Overview An opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to broaden their experience and develop their career in a busy, growing and regulated environment. This role offers exposure across the full HR lifecycle within a structured and compliance-driven setting. It will suit someone who wants ownership, pace, and direct impact. Hybrid working is available but flexibility to attend the office more frequently in the beginning of the role. Key Responsibilities Provide HR guidance and practical support to managers across employee relations, including performance, conduct and attendance. Lead and manage disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes in line with Irish employment legislation. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, probation, role changes, leave and exits. Maintain strong HR compliance standards through accurate records and adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. Support and oversee recruitment activity end-to-end, including coordination, vetting, references and reporting. Produce HR reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems. Skills & Experience Third level qualification (Level 7 or higher) in HR, Business or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist role. Experience working within Irish employment law. Experience in a regulated or compliance-led environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of employee relations processes and HR best practice. Clear, professional communication skills. Full right to work in Ireland. Full clean driving licence with access to own transport. Skills: HR Generalist HR Officer HR Advisor
