Project Lead Project Lead required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Vaasa, Finland.The Project Lead will report into the Project Director for the and will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project. Responsibilities: Manage project cost, budget, and schedule from initiation through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client meetings to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor milestones, procurement, and equipment schedules to prevent delays and maintain progress. Review construction proposals, cost estimates, invoices, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance. Support design-build decisions, project controls, and client handover including close-out documentation and warranties. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 10 Years experience in a similar role. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. Excellent commercial awareness and project financial management. IT Skills - Microsoft Office Packages.
