The role focuses on developing products that modernize and simplify traditionally manual processes, helping investors complete forms faster and build reusable investor profiles. Since 2020, the team has supported tens of billions of dollars in transactions and enabled over 50,000 investors to complete documentation quickly. Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow solutions for investor onboarding and fund closing Collaborate with the team to identify reusable investor data and manage its storage, presentation, and permissions Work across technical, product, security, and visual perspectives to address complex challenges Participate in product ideation and contribute to the full technology stack Engage in two‑week sprints to select and execute projects aligned with team and personal goals Work closely with engineers, product, and leadership on product decisions Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on regular feedback and company growth Requirements
Proficiency in Python Proficiency in React or equivalent frontend framework Proficiency in Django or equivalent web frameworks Familiarity with SQL Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑growing startup environment Comfort with ambiguity and dynamic responsibilities Clear, concise communication skills (desired) Willingness to engage in tasks beyond standard software engineering duties (desired) Interest or experience in financial or wealth technology (desired) Benefits & Perks
