Salary: Up to £41,000 + Company Van
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a leading building services and facilities management provider on a prestigious commercial contract across North London.
A company van, fuel card and all necessary tools will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple commercial sites. Diagnose and repair faults on hot and cold-water systems, sanitaryware, pipework and associated plant. Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works as required. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels. Conduct routine plant room inspections and report any defects or compliance issues. Maintain accurate records of completed works, compliance checks and maintenance activities. Liaise professionally with clients, site teams and management to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Support wider building services maintenance activities where required. Monitor subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to the required standards. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety and company procedures.Requirements
City & Guilds Plumbing qualification (Level 2 or 3) desirable. Proven experience carrying out plumbing maintenance within commercial buildings. Strong knowledge of building services systems and plant room equipment. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving Licence
