We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and testing of a new CRM platform for our electrical contracting operations. This project focuses on the deployment of Sales Hub and Field Service to streamline our digital ecosystem.
Following the initial minimum 4-month implementation, there is an opportunity to transition into a long-term part-time (retainer) agreement for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and phase-two enhancements.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Design & Architecture: Map business processes for a streamlined Sales and Field Service deployment.
* System Implementation: Configure entities, custom workflows, and automated triggers.
* Field Service Configuration: Set up work orders, automated scheduling, and resource management.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead end-to-end testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* User Training: Develop documentation and lead training sessions for office staff and field technicians.
*Candidate Requirements*
* MS Dynamics Sales Hub Expertise: 5+ years
* MS Dynamics Field Service Expertise: Direct experience configuring the D365 Field Service application preferred.
* Implementation History: Must have led full-lifecycle implementation (Design to Go-Live).
* Presence: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) out of our Rancho Cucamonga office. We are open to a min. 30 hr/wk.
*Other Information*
* Position Type: Fulltime W2 contract (4 month minimum initial term)
* Compensation: $60 to $70 per hour, depending on experience (paid weekly based on actual hours worked)
* Work Structure: 40 hours per week standard are preferred by the company. Includes schedule flexibility with a minimum requirement of 32 hours per week if preferred by the candidate.
* Location: Hybrid. Three (3) days on-site per week at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA office, with up to two (2) days remote.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
