and take a key role in our supply chain, guiding customer orders from confirmation through to delivery. Youll play an active part in keeping everything moving, taking proactive steps at every stage to ensure a smooth, efficient journey from order to despatch. This role is full time from Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) based at our Telford site.
About the Role
About you: Youre proficient in repetitive order processing with high attention to detail. You are a self-starter, relying on your own initiative to overcome obstacles, and you ensure accuracy of information. You are computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office/365, SAP/ERP (and similar systems). You will demonstrate: Clear, consistent, and respectful communication with internal and external stakeholders, and your colleagues. An adaptive and responsive approach to competing priorities while maintaining focus on wider objectives/priorities. Persevering approach to problem solving, with the curiosity to investigate the issue, collaborating with your colleagues. Commitment to continuous learning and development, keeping abreast of our latest product information, industry trends, digital systems, and customer demands.
