A growing mechanical services contractor is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its Commercial Projects team. Responsibilities Consult with existing customers on HVAC replacement and retrofit projects. Conduct site surveys, prepare estimates, and develop design-build and energy-efficiency solutions. Identify project opportunities and deliver consultative sales recommendations. Achieve sales, revenue, and gross profit targets. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of HVAC industry experience. Experience with heating and cooling load calculations. Knowledge of HVAC systems, retrofit projects, and mechanical solutions sales. Understanding of ROI, payback analysis, cash flow, and leasing versus purchasing options. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Competitive salary with bonus potential.
