Description QA Associate – SPANISH BILINGUAL Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual QA Associate who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited to drive quality initiatives that enhance our customer service experience while supporting team development.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team, contribute to continuous improvement strategies, and expand your skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Actively listens and monitors daily call interactions.
Conducts and completes monthly call interaction audits.
Reviews customer call interaction recordings upon request.
Proactively discovers insights/trends and communicates with leadership regarding findings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1-year experience with monitoring call interactions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to process and handle confidential information.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
Previous experience in a call center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive and professional attitude.
LOCATION & WORK SETTING Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm CST
Work Setting: In-Office
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting Pay: $21 - $24.25 per hour.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour.
