Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $510000.00 - $510000.00 1. Exceptional Earning Potential — both guaranteed and long-term
  • $510,000 guaranteed for 3 years
  • Quarterly productivity bonuses allow high producers to earn $600–700K even before partnership .
  • After partnership (year 4+), income potential of $1M based on performance.
2. Partnership in 3 years with equal profit sharing
  • Buy-in is only ~$30,000 , which is extremely low for a cardiology practice with imaging revenue streams.
  • Equal cost and profit sharing.
  • High transparency in revenue and expenses.
3. Highly supportive staffing and infrastructure
  • 1:1 MA support
  • Dedicated LPN for all medications
  • Nuclear tech, 2 echo techs, vascular tech
  • APPs covering consults and weekday rounding
4. Strong diagnostic program with expanding capabilities
  • High-volume echo, vascular, and nuclear testing.
  • Planned Cardiac PET/CT — the only one in central Delaware.
    • Even if you don’t read PET, this boosts practice prestige and revenue.
  • Opportunity to build subspecialty niches if desired.

This is a practice investing in growth, not stagnating.

5. Manageable workflow with predictable structure
  • Office hours 8 AM–2 PM , then hospital rounds and reads.
  • 18 patients/day
  • 4–6 inpatient census on average.
  • Call is 1:3 , mostly phone-based on weekdays.
  • Weekends are busier, but APPs cover weekday consults.
