The IT Specialist will handle troubleshooting, system updates, data backups, and provide technical support to employees. They will also assist in implementing new technologies, improving system performance, and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect company data.

Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and support computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system updates, and conduct data backups.
Provide technical support to employees and assist in implementing new technologies.
Improve system performance and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs
Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices
