Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Part-Time Data Analyst to support key initiatives across our analytics and operations teams. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is a part-time role offering flexibility, ideal for professionals seeking a reduced schedule while still making meaningful contributions to data-driven healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to healthcare claims, provider performance, and client outcomes Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders Collaborate with operations, clinical, and IT teams to define data needs and support ongoing analytics projects Identify trends, variances, and performance indicators to support strategic initiatives Assist in maintaining and optimizing data pipelines and databases Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA) Prepare ad hoc analyses as requested by leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in healthcare or insurance Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiarity with healthcare claims data or workers’ compensation is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks Availability for 20–25 hours per week, with some flexibility during project deadlines What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Remote work options available Opportunity to support meaningful work that impacts lives Collaborative and inclusive team environment Access to learning and development tools Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Part-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing, Administrative, and Analyst Industries Government Administration and Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at One Call Care Management (formerly Align Networks) by 2x Get notified about new Data Analyst jobs in Alabama, United States .
