WHAT YOU'LL DO
40% — Team and personnel management
- Hiring, training and scheduling
- Coaching and evaluating the brigade
- Conflict management and work climate
- Daily inspections and MAPAQ compliance
30% — Planning and organization
- Menu development and management
- Implementation of policies and procedures
- Analysis of reports and action plans
- Delegation and coordination

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualities: Leadership, Creativity, Strategic thinking, Autonomy, Initiative, Versatility, Stress tolerance, Dynamism
Experience and training: 5 to 8 years of experience · DEP, DEC or AEC in culinary arts · Supervision and management experience · MAPAQ certification preferred
