The Role
Looking for a role with pace, variety, and real responsibility? Join us as a Property Manager and become the go‑to person for keeping tenancies running smoothly. Whether you’re already experienced or brand new to the industry, we’ll give you the training, support, and qualifications to build a strong career in property.
You’ll be the problem‑solver, the organiser, the communicator — the person who keeps everything moving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenancies from move‑in to move‑out with confidence and care.
Handle maintenance issues quickly, coordinating contractors and keeping tenants updated.
Carry out inspections and follow up on any required actions.
Stay compliant by ensuring all properties meet legal and safety standards.
Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed.
Keep records sharp with accurate notes and system updates.
What You’ll Bring
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
A problem‑solving mindset — you enjoy getting things sorted.
Willingness to learn and grow (experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
No driving licence needed — this role is office‑based.
