We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Principal Electronics Design Engineer as a technical lead to our electronic design function within our Product Development team. Reporting to the Product Development Manager, this role involves developing new products in accordance with the Venta Product Roadmap in collaboration with other design functions such as mechanical and optical design. The successful candidate will be the go-to for all things electronics design at Venta. They will be responsible for upholding a highly professional outfit delivering products that meet or exceed the brief, on time and within budget.
Job Opportunity The role of Principal Electronics Design Engineer involves: Developing robust electronic designs for lighting products that meet regulatory, performance, and aesthetic requirements Define, uphold, and continuously improve Venta's electronic design standards and documentation. Work closely with the other functions of Venta's design team and other departments to ensure there is a consistent and integrated approach Provide technical direction, guidance, and feedback to internal and external engineering resources. Stay up to date with industry trends and use the insights to maintain the company's competitive edge.
