You are someone that has a keen interest in initiating communication with individuals and organizations to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately resulting in referrals for customers requiring our restoration services. Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources. Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone, online and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources. You are an individual that is, outgoing, neat, presentable, and with outstanding communication skills. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team./ph3Your Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliIdentify potential new customers and referral sources./liliDevelop and maintain contact database for potential partners/liliPerform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects./liliGain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services./liliEngagement with Plumbers, HVAC Contractors, Property Managers, Insurance Agents, Realtors and Others./liliComplete weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner./liliAttend weekly marketing and business development meetings./liliSupport development customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy efforts/liliSupport development / delivery of presentations to prospective organizations./liliInvolvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events./liliRegularly update CRM with notes from customer appointments/liliPerform customer follow-ups and sales pipeline management activities/liliServe as a brand ambassador, you are representing the company on and off the clock/li/ulh3Your Qualifications:/h3ulliOverall interest in serving your communities and being a hero to your neighbors/liliAbility to build rapport with clients in person, over the phone, via text or social media/liliExperience with online / social media / digital marketing/liliExperience or familiarity in the cleaning, restoration, construction industry/liliWorking knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/liliExcellent communication skills (We are a communication company that specializes in restoration!)/liliAbility to multi-task, in a complex and sometimes quickly changing environment/liliValid drivers license and clean driving record (no suspensions in 3 years or major violation in 5 years)/liliKnowledge of Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee County (Driving directions, etc.)/liliWillingness to undergo background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record pull/liliHigh school diploma/GED/li/ulpCompensation: $750.00 - $1,100.00 per week/ppiMold Cleaning and Restoration is Southwest Floridas Top Rated (900+ 5-Star Google Reviews) full service restoration company specializing in water damage, mold removal, rebuild, and specialty services.
