Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment Manage and maintain accurate inventory of solar panels, inverters, racking, and installation materials Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Coordinate with field operations and project managers to ensure timely material delivery to job sites Supervise and train warehouse staff on safety protocols, best practices, and SOPs Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment Track shipments, manage vendor relationships, and resolve supply chain issues Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and hazardous materials Support fleet coordination and vehicle loading logistics
What You Bring
2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Valid current driver's license (required) Forklift certification (required) Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations Experience with shipping/receiving, logistics, and supply chain coordination Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proficiency with inventory software/WMS and Google Workspace a plus Solar, construction, or renewable energy industry experience a plus
