Senior Project Finance Manager Organisation: Financial Advisory Organisation (Dublin 1) Location: Dublin 1 (Hybrid Working Available) Contract Type: Permanent About the Role A leading financial advisory organisation based in Dublin 1 is seeking a high-calibre finance professional to join as a Senior Project Finance Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in advising public sector clients on the delivery of major capital infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will lead financial and commercial workstreams across the full project lifecycle, contributing to projects of national importance. Key Responsibilities Lead project structuring and delivery, including financial, commercial and risk assessments Develop and review complex financial models for infrastructure projects Support procurement processes and contribute to contract development Engage with funding markets, including banks and investors Negotiate commercial terms with private sector partners Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders Provide ESG-related financial advisory on major capital projects Oversee preparation of reports and present insights to senior management About You Degree in finance, economics, commerce, or a related discipline Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) highly desirable Minimum of 10 years experience in project finance, banking, or financial advisory Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects Why Join Excellent salary, bonus, and benefits package Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days working from home) Work on high-impact, nationally significant infrastructure projects Excellent learning and development opportunities Inclusive and diverse workplace initiatives Reimbursement of professional membership fees Competitive Defined Benefit Pension Scheme How to Apply To apply, please reach out to Richard Minchin on the Lex Consultancy team.
