Our client, a leading investment management organization, is seeking a Content Management Analyst to support a large-scale internal content transformation initiative focused on migrating and standardizing enterprise knowledge into an Microsoft 365-based content management platform. This internal content management platform is built on SharePoint and integrated with tools like Power Automate and Power BI - serving as a centralized, AI-enabled knowledge repository ensuring users always have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
This role will play a critical part in migrating, organizing, and classifying content from various legacy systems into the new environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with analytical thinker who can partner closely with business stakeholders to understand content context and translate it into structured, well-tagged, and usable information within the platform.

Pay Range:
$47/hr - $52/hr
What's the Job?
Migrate large volumes of structured and unstructured content from multiple internal sources into a centralized Microsoft 365/SharePoint-based repository.
Partner and communicate closely with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and classify content, ensuring accurate metadata tagging and alignment with taxonomy standards.
Apply content tagging, categorization, and document lifecycle rules to ensure consistency, usability, and governance.
Translate business needs and terminology into structured formats within the M365 platform.
Operate within existing SharePoint and Power Automate workflows to support content validation and governance.
Conduct post-migration validation, testing, quality checks to ensure content accuracy and readiness for end users.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis/systems analysis and familiarity with knowledge management or AI/search-enabled content platforms.
Well-versed broad experience within the Microsoft 365 environment is highly desired, such as:
SharePoint (lists, libraries, document structure)
Power Automate workflows
Power BI
Hands-on experience with SharePoint document management and document migration initiatives.
Experience managing large datasets or document repositories, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Strong understanding of content organization, metadata application, and classification frameworks.
Ability to navigate and operate within a production M365 environment (non-developer).
Excellent communication and analysis skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders effectively and translate business language into structured system inputs.
