Responsibilities
We’re hiring a Senior Frontend / Fullstack Software Engineer to help build and own the asset discovery experience across tokens, perpetuals, and prediction markets. You’ll work within our Discovery pod to design, build, and scale systems that help users explore, evaluate, and engage with a wide range of tradable assets. This role spans web, mobile, and browser extension development, requiring strong frontend expertise with fullstack ownership from concept to production. We’re looking for someone with high agency, and a bias toward action — someone who proactively identifies opportunities, drives solutions, and ships high-quality products end-to-end. You thrive in fast-moving environments, operate comfortably in ambiguity, and take full ownership of outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive and powerful discovery experiences. If you’re excited about building in emerging markets and shaping how users discover the next generation of assets, we’d love to talk. Feature development:
You will be owning features on our web and mobile platforms – currently the Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app.
New initiatives and products:
You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
Interfacing with users:
You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product.
Team building:
You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years full-time software engineering experience
React / Typescript / React Native
Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
English language proficiency
Nice-To-Have : Experience working with trading systems

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
