About
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid In-Office/Remote)
Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and creative prospecting strategies. You'll be on the front lines of our sales effortsmaking 100+ cold calls a day, sourcing leads, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. If you're a great communicator with hustle and drive, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients in the higher education space.
- Write and send personalized email cadences to engage prospects.
- Source, research, and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Log all activities, calls, and notes accurately in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Stay up-to-date on the higher education market.
What We're Looking For:
- At least one-year of outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (preferably B2B).
- High energy, resilience, and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain positivity.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for higher education and digital solutions is a plus.
