FunctieAls operations manager ben je de rechterhand van de general manager. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete operationele acties en resultaten;
- Bedrijfsprocessen ga je analyseren en optimaliseren om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen;
- Je stelt KPI's op en volgt dashboards en rapporteringen op die inzicht geven in de prestaties;
- Je monitort en verbetert operationele en logistieke processen;
- Knelpunten in de supply chain spoor je op en je implementeert duurzame lange termijnoplossingen;
- Je stuurt een team van 6 customer servicemedewerkers aan, je coacht hen en brengt hen naar een hoger niveau;
- Je identificeert en implementeert verbeteringen op vlak van digitalisering, automatisering en AI;
- 3 à 4 keer per jaar vertegenwoordig je de organisatie op internationale beurzen binnen Europa;
- Je bent de schakel tussen sales, logistiek, finance en IT.
Ben jij de operations manager naar waar wij op zoek gaan?
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige en leidinggevende functie;
- Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma;
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels en je kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans;
- Je bent analytisch en data gedreven ingesteld;
- Je bent een echte peoplemanage r en haalt het beste in de je team naar boven door hen te coachen;
- Problemen zie je als een uitdaging;
- Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met AI-toepassingen, digitalisering en automatiseringen. Kennis van een ERP en/of CMR systeem is mooi meegenomen.
Naast een fulltime job als operations manager met heel wat verantwoordelijkheden kan je rekenen op het volgende:
- Brutoloon naar ervaring tussen €3500 en €5000;
- 20 vakantiedagen aangevuld met 12 ADV dagen - collectief verlof tussen Kerst en Nieuw;
- Extralegale voordelen: wagen met tankkaart, groepsverzekering, maaktijdcheques €6,66
- Glijdende werkuren en 1 occasionele thuiswerkdag;
