This position reports to: Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market or division in line with the division strategy. You will achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model is hybrid. Communicate to customers details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, 5 years preferred. Knowledge and experience quoted or sold commercial, industrial, and residential projects to electrical contractors. Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB products. Experience working with electrical contractors. Strong technical application, take‑off, and proposal development skills. Customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Must already have U.S. work authorization. What's in it for you? This position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually and is bonus eligible.
