Technical Assistant / Laborant (m/w/d) - Proteinanalytik, Formulierungsentwicklung & Pharmaforschung

DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:
- ???? Eigenständige Durchführung von non-GMP-Entwicklungsstudien im Labor im Rahmen verschiedener Entwicklungsprojekte
- ?? Herstellung und Optimierung proteinbasierter Formulierungen, insbesondere:
- Mikropartikel mittels Sprühtrocknung
- Hydrogele
- flüssige, feste und semisolide Formulierungen
- ???? Anwendung komplexer analytischer Methoden zur Charakterisierung von Proteinen und Proteinformulierungen
- ???? Auswertung, Analyse und Präsentation von Versuchsdaten inklusive GMP-/projektgerechter Dokumentation in englischer Sprache
- ???? Unterstützung bei Entwicklungs-, Methoden- und Optimierungsprojekten im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- ?? Übernahme von Geräteverantwortlichkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Labor- und Sonderaufgaben
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich:
Chemielaborant, Biologielaborant, CTA, BTA, Pharmakant, Biotechnologie, Biochemie, Pharmazie, Chemie, Biopharmazie oder vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation - Erfahrung in:
Proteinbiochemie, pharmazeutischer Analytik, Formulierungsentwicklung, Laborarbeit oder biopharmazeutischer Forschung - Kenntnisse in analytischen Methoden und idealerweise Erfahrung mit:
- Sprühtrocknung
- Mikropartikeln
- Hydrogelen
- Proteincharakterisierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie hohe Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Prozesse, Laborgeräte und Systeme einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für Dokumentation, SOPs und Kommunikation im internationalen Team
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hoher Lernbereitschaft
- Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Abstimmung der Einsatzzeiten im Team
