Functieomschrijving Ben jij Arbeidsarts en krijg je energie van zowel medische expertise als het ondersteunen van een team? Wil je mee bouwen aan een sterke dienstverlening binnen de regio Brussel? Dan is deze uitdagende functie als Associate Medical Manager misschien wel jouw volgende stap. Wat doe je ? In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je een inhoudelijke functie als Arbeidsarts met een ondersteunende rol binnen het team van arbeidsartsen in Brussel. Enerzijds ondersteun je de Medical Manager bij de dagelijkse werking en opvolging van het team. Je fungeert als sparringpartner, neemt een actieve rol op als vakexpert en bent back-up van de Manager wanneer nodig. Daarnaast ontwikkel je je tot dé referentiepersoon voor de informaticatools waarmee de artsen werken en ondersteun je collega’s bij het optimaal gebruik ervan. Anderzijds beheer je als Arbeidsarts je eigen klantenportefeuille en neem je het gezondheidstoezicht bij deze klanten ter harte:
- Je voert medische consultaties uit en waakt proactief over de gezondheid van de werknemers.
- Je bezoekt je klanten en voert analyses uit op vlak van gezondheid, veiligheid en hygiëne. Zo draag je concreet bij aan gezondere en veiligere werkplekken.
- Je neemt deel aan comités voor preventie en bescherming op het werk en adviseert gericht over preventie en bescherming op het werk.
- Je begeleidt re-integratietrajecten en helpt medewerkers bij een veilige, duurzame en succesvolle terugkeer naar het werk.
- Je bent gediplomeerd Arbeidsarts en hebt minstens 5 jaren ervaring opgebouwd als Arbeidsarts.
- Ervaring in het coachen of aansturen van een team is mooi meegenomen.
- Je onderscheidt je door jouw gedrevenheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans en je vult deze aan met een klantgerichte houding.
- Je deelt graag je expertise en weet kennis op een heldere en inspirerende manier over te brengen in het team.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en verplaatst je graag naar klanten binnen de regio Brussel.
- Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur van gemiddeld 36u/week. We hechten belang aan een goede work-life balance en realiseren dit door naast de 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, 24 ADV-dagen te voorzien.
- Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde functie met een hoge graad van autonomie. Dit binnen een aangename werkomgeving waar teamplay toch ook belangrijk is.
- Voor de medische dossiers word je ondersteund door een wetenschappelijke cel, een dienst opleidingen, een documentatiedienst en een juridische cel.
- Je hebt diverse contacten, zowel binnen als buiten de onderneming.
