Fondée en 1968, Roland Grenier Construction est une entreprise familiale spécialisée dans la rénovation commerciale, industrielle et institutionnelle. Grâce à l’expertise et au professionnalisme de notre fondateur ainsi que de la relève, l’entreprise a connu une croissance soutenue au fil des décennies. Nous comptons aujourd’hui près de 100 employés , tous spécialisés dans leurs domaines respectifs.
Chaque jour, nos menuisiers, journaliers spécialisés, peintres, ébénistes, ingénieurs et gestionnaires de projets contribuent au bon déroulement et à la livraison de projets d’envergure, réalisés avec engagement, rigueur et souci du travail bien fait. Notre entreprise confie la majorité de ses mandats à son personnel permanent. Au besoin, nous faisons appel à des soustraitants de confiance, qui ont démontré leur compétence et gagné notre confiance au cours des nombreuses années de collaboration.
Le mandat
L’adjoint(e) à l’estimation soutient l’équipe d’estimation dans l’ensemble des tâches administratives liées aux appels d’offres. Grâce à son sens de l’organisation, sa rigueur et sa capacité à travailler en équipe, elle assure la préparation, la coordination et le suivi administratif des dossiers de soumission.
Tâches
- Gérer les courriels du département de l’estimation
- Effectuer l’ouverture de dossiers d’appels d’offres
- Planifier le calendrier des visites et des fermetures d’appels d’offres
- Imprimer et préparer les documents requis (plans, formulaires, étiquettes, dossiers)
- Envoyer les invitations à soumissionner
- Transmettre les addendas
- Relancer les sous-traitants afin d’obtenir leurs intentions ou leurs prix
- Gérer le logiciel d’estimation (mise à jour et réponses au sous-traitants)
- Demander les cautionnements de soumission, lettres d’engagement d’assurances, certificats CNESST et CCQ
- Compléter les formulaires de soumission pour approbation et signature
- Rassembler les documents pour les fermetures de soumissions
- Inscrire et mettre à jour les résultats de soumissions, et informer l’entreprise de cautionnement des résultats obtenus
- Effectue le dépôt des soumissions en ligne ou papier
- Posséder 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.
- Détenir un DEP en secrétariat ou DEC en bureautique.
- Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office de façon avancée.
- Connaissance du processus d’estimation.
- Maîtriser les logiciels de gestion documentaire et plateformes d’appels d’offres.
- Maintenir un haut niveau de rigueur et de qualité dans l’exécution du travail.
- Faire preuve de polyvalence et débrouillardise.
- Démontrer un excellent sens de l’organisation.
- Évaluer l’information avec précision et assurer une attention minutieuse aux détails.
- Faire preuve d’une écoute active et d’une bonne collaboration d’équipe.
