Overview Sika is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Dallas Fort‑Worth area of TX to join its growing insulation team. Responsibilities Residential sales experience calling on and managing large National Builders, Lumber Yards, and 2‑Step wholesalers. Manage the supply chain for building materials to builders, calling on Estimators and sales reps for lumber yards. Act as the preferred supplier of stocked material for 2‑Step wholesale customers that supply Lumber Yards. Prepare, deliver, and manage Builder rebate programs. Deliver the value proposition of our building products versus alternatives to Builder purchasing and engineering departments. Call on building officials, educating them on solutions to meet code. Actively participate in Builder Associations on board, technical committee, or other committees as a visible leader. Work as a team member on the national residential team, sharing information, ideas, and strategizing on capturing share of national homebuilders in all regions. Work in the multifamily supply chain from developers to builders and their suppliers. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have residential sales experience calling on and managing large National Builders, Lumber Yards, and 2‑Step wholesalers.
