Collaborate with other departments to streamline dealership processes and improve overall performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals. Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability. Requirements Proven experience as a sales person or assistant sales manager in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Willingness to work in Hillsboro, NH.
