This role partners with functional stakeholders, analysts, and technical team members to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, integrations, and data solutions. The position is responsible for leading complex development efforts, troubleshooting production issues, improving system performance, and promoting software engineering best practices throughout the application life cycle. The ideal candidate brings strong full‑stack and integration experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team standards, operational stability, and continuous improvement. Experience as a QA Engineer or in software quality assurance is a plus.
