Über

We are looking to hire an experienced production support / SRE engineer to support business‑critical digital asset platforms (wallets, blockchain‑connected systems, transaction processing).
We are looking for candidates with strong production engineering capability.
Must‑Have Skills
5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering
Experience supporting mission‑critical, high‑availability systems
Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience
Solid Linux / system‑level debugging skills
Experience with real‑time or distributed systems
Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)
Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar)
Strong SQL / data investigation skills
Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders)
Strongly Preferred Backgrounds
Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant)
Payments platforms
FinTech / exchanges
SRE / platform engineering teams at scale
Nice to Have
Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure
Wallets, custody, or node operations
Kubernetes / OpenShift
Security / key management knowledge
Education
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Benefits $96,400.00 – $144,600.00. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
