Job Description Invisible Technologies offers unusual services (a combination of outsourcing and automation) to fast‑scaling innovative companies. Each company uses our services in a variety of ways. It’s critical we can communicate to segments of users with visually appealing, and highly communicative assets. In this role you’ll help explain the benefits of our product in a way that words alone never could.

Position Overview Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be our first Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will play a key role in driving our go‑to‑market efforts, developing outbound outreach programs to reach our target accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and helping us grow 3× again in 2022.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an outbound outreach program to prospect key accounts.
Generate qualified leads for Account Executives to close.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You have demonstrated success in achieving quota and running outbound initiatives.
You possess a hunter mentality, finding a way into each target account and driving wins.
You have experience with outbound methodologies beyond emails and cold calls, and you seek creative ways to prospect.
Requirements & Capabilities
Preferably 1–3 years of experience as a sales intern, BDR, or SDR in a SaaS, RPA, BPO, or high‑growth organization.
Tech‑savvy and preferably with strong domain knowledge of insurance, financial services, retail‑tech, proptech, health‑tech or fintech industries.
Deep understanding of how to leverage and implement a multi‑pronged approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social selling, sales automation tools, and more).
Excellent team‑building, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Rockstar sales‑hunter skills to thrive in collaborative, cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to sales management.
Desire for growth and development in a fast‑growth environment.
Working Times US (EDT or PDT) hours.
Compensation & Reporting Base salary: $60,000 per year (base & bonus) + equity.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and have opportunities to earn additional equity through promotions and share buybacks.
