Our Racine team is looking for a Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused environment, enjoys working side-by-side with a collaborative clinical team, and takes pride in helping deliver exceptional care. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 7am-4pm, Tuesday 7am-4pm, Wednesday 7am-4pm, Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
  • Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
  • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Dental Assistant experience preferred
  • CPR
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for

Compensation

$20-$24/hour
