Project Coordinator Office Relocation Project - Dublin 2 -6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm in the appointment of aProject Coordinator to support a large-scale office relocation project on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of a business premises move, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations throughout the transition. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and coordination of all phases of the office relocation project Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and task lists Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and removal companies Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues Assist with facilities coordination and asset/inventory management Support logistics planning including removals, deliveries, and access arrangements Coordinate move-related communications and updates to staff Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records Provide on-site coordination support during key move stages Essential Requirements: Previous experience inproject coordination, facilities coordination, administration, or a similar support role Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency across Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach Desirable Requirements: Experience supporting office moves, facilities projects, or workplace relocations Experience coordinating external suppliers or contractors Familiarity with project tracking tools and documentation management Experience working within a professional services environment This role will be primarily office-based, with some movement required between nearby Dublin office locations during the project period.
