Als HR Professional ben je in dienst van Werkmandejong maar voer je je werkzaamheden uit bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, je wordt dus gedetacheerd.
Dit biedt jou de kans om ervaring op te doen in diverse branches en uitdagende projecten op te pakken, terwijl je profiteert van de zekerheid van een vast dienstverband.
Onze opdrachtgevers zijn in zowel de profit als non-profit sector actief. De ene keer doe je een opdracht bij Bol of Lidl en de andere keer bij een zorgorganisatie als ‘s Heerenloo. De opdrachten variëren ook. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een opdracht als HR-adviseur die zorgt dat de HR afdeling moeiteloos door kan draaien bij uitval van de oorspronkelijke HR-adviseur. Je adviseert (lijn)managers over verzuim, verlof of andere vragen. Verder pak je bijvoorbeeld de regie over de wet verbetering poortwachter en sluit je eventueel aan bij wervingsgesprekken. De andere keer als HR Business partner waarbij je voornamelijk bezig bent met het ondersteunen van veranderingen zoals een nieuw proces of herstructurering. Je bent dus in staat de brede HR advies rol op te pakken. Hierbij houden we uiteraard rekening met jouw kwaliteiten, als jij in je kracht staat ben je immers in staat het verschil te maken! Er zijn een aantal instroom momenten in het jaar, wij vertellen je graag hier wat meer over.

Bovendien kun je rekenen op:
- Een salaris van €3.200,- tot €5.000,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
- Een contract voor 32 tot 40 uur;

- De mogelijkheid om inhoudelijk mentor te worden van junior HR-professionals;

- Diverse teamuitjes met de leukste collega’s (aankomend jaar staat een studiereis naar Oostenrijk gepland!);
