Your Responsibilities- Perform inspections and provide quotes
- Sales and lead generation
- Customer transition

- Act as a brand ambassadorrepresenting our values and image with every customer interaction
- Training salary: $3,000/month during training, with the potential to earn commission after thatthe sky's the limit!

QualificationsWhat You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
- Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
