Internet Sales Coordinator We are Lennar, one of America’s leading homebuilders dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building quality homes. Responsibilities Capture and convert online customer inquiries into viable sales prospects. Provide prompt and effective communication through email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives. Manage the internet customer database, including outreach for available homes and inventory. Coordinate with the marketing team for electronic marketing distribution and keep product and community offerings up‑to‑date. Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience in sales, preferably with telephone and real‑estate exposure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; a real‑estate license may be required for specific locations. Physical & Site Requirements Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during normal work hours is an essential function. The role requires working more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving and/or carrying equipment that may exceed 50 pounds, and occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity is needed to use a computer keyboard and calculator.
