Starte im Real Estate Team und sei zuständig für das Immobilienmanagement unseres WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Departments. Stellenbeschreibung
- Überwache den Status unserer Filialen und stelle sicher, dass sämtliche Dienstleistungen und Bestandteile verfügbar, aktuell und funktional sind, um einen reibungslosen Filialbetrieb zu gewährleisten
- Sorge für das Verständnis und die Einhaltung sämtlicher Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. Arbeitsschutz, Brandschutz, Arbeitsbedingungen, Notausgänge) in unseren Filialen
- Verwalte einen Kalender zur termingerechten Durchführung aller gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen sowie internen Inspektionen für Aufzüge, Tore, Klimaanlagen und andere kritische Elemente
- Koordiniere die Erstellung von Bestellungen im Oracle-System für anfallende Dienstleistungen wie Wartung, Reinigung und weitere Bedarfe in den Filialen
- Sammle und bearbeite Ad-hoc-Problemmeldungen aus dem Team, prüfe und bewerte diese, entscheide über die next steps und setze notwendige Maßnahmen um
- Kontrolliere fortlaufend die Ausgaben der verantworteten Kostenstellen (wie Wartung oder Reinigungsdienste) und halte diese im Rahmen des Budgets
- Pflege nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten, um Kosteneffizienz, optimale Lieferfristen, Mengenrabatte und Garantieleistungen sicherzustellen
Qualifikationen
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau / -mann oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienverwaltung ist ein Pluspunkt
- Zahlen schrecken dich nicht ab und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld verlierst du nicht den Überblick
- Du fühlst dich sowohl selbständig als auch im Team wohl und trittst dabei souverän auf
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
