Job Requirements
Apassion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work every other weekend
Job Responsibilities
Performs routine maintenance and repair ofresidence, maintaining physical appearance of the grounds and building as wellas ensuring that the building is physically sound and safeFollows all established safety procedures andprecautions when performing maintenance service Maintains preventive maintenance schedules Assists with ordering and maintaining properinventory levels of maintenance suppliesMay act as contact person for vendorsperforming maintenance jobs
Qualifications
Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending,stooping, climbing, pushing and stretchingValid driver's license in the state employedA high school diploma or General EducationDegree (GED)
