About the Job Inside Sales RepWe are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, balancing the management of existing accounts with a proactive hunger for new business. Operating out of our branch from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, you will leverage your technical aptitude and sales prowess.

- Technical Aptitude: Strong math skills are required; mechanical aptitude is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding customer focus, a positive attitude, and a team-player mentality.
- Tools: PC literate with proficiency in CRM software.
Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.
