Expand your skills every week with complimentary CE in implants, endo, clear aligners, and more. Join a true clinical community with quarterly clinical discussions and readily accessible clinical colleagues and mentors. Lead a strong team and build a culture of empowerment in your practice with systems that reduce chaos. Enjoy real support - not red tape - from operations, training, talent acquisition, marketing, and compliance experts. Schedule (days/hours) 4-5 days a month ResponsibilitiesLead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support. Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality. QualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license (or in process)
Orthodontic Specialty Certificate
