We're growing fast, we're doing it the right way, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.If you're someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, loves being part of a team that wins together, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people, this role was built for you.What You'll DoAs our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to our company. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team to take it home. You'll also own the long-term follow-up on existing leads, staying organized, staying consistent, and making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.This is a high-volume phone role. You'll be making and receiving a lot of calls every day, so comfort and confidence on the phone are a must.We're not just building a company, we're building a place people are proud to work. If you want to be part of something growing, be valued for doing your job well, and go home knowing your work mattered today, we'd love to meet you.Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000Responsibilities:Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
Responding to inbound leads quickly and warmlyQualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments for our closing teamFollowing up with leads in our pipeline on a structured, consistent scheduleCelebrating wins with a team that genuinely has your backQualifications:Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process At least one year of experience as a sales representative High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
