Eligibility: We're only accepting candidates currently located in Ohio / Cincinnati metro and authorized to work in the U.S.. EBTH does not provide sponsorship at this time. What You'll Do: Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries (calls, emails, website forms). Work in the CRM to track, prioritize, and follow up on incoming and in-process sales leads. Make outbound calls and emails to generate new consignment opportunities and keep the pipeline full. Qualify prospects and hand off on-site consultations to the Home Services team when appropriate. Help keep the sales calendar full by consistently moving leads to next steps. Handle light admin: scan and archive sale agreements, enter new customers, and update records. Partner with the Director of Sales and broader sales team to hit monthly goals and refine the sales process.
