Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Du kümmerst dich um das Glasmanagement und hältst den Bartendern den Rücken frei.
- Du bringst Drinks an den Gast, erklärst mit einem Lächeln unsere Karte und erkennst sofort, wenn ein Gast einen Wunsch hat.
- Sauberkeit hinter der Bar ist für dich kein Muss, sondern Ehrensache – auch wenn es im Service hoch hergeht.
- Du schaust unseren Profis über die Schulter und entwickelst dein Wissen über Spirituosen und Mix-Techniken stetig weiter.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie sind super, aber wir geben auch motivierten Quereinsteigern mit Biss eine Chance.
- Du liebst die Nacht, die Bar-Kultur und den Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gästen.
- Du hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten, bist teamfähig und bringst eine positive „Can-Do“-Attitüde mit.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus bei unserem internationalen Publikum).
- Du siehst die Arbeit, bevor man sie dir zurufen muss. Du bist flink zu Fuß und behältst den Überblick.
