In der Abteilung Digital Solutions & Consulting sind die Teams Digital Projects, IT Consulting & Requirements Engineering und Digital Development sowie Solution und Application Manager beheimatet. Der Kernauftrag umfasst die Umsetzung des BORA-Ökosystems inklusive der Entwicklung, Implementierung und dem Betrieb digitaler Produkte, Services und Plattformen. Dazu zählen unter anderem die BORA App, Website oder der B2C Online Shop. Darüber hinaus kümmert sich Digital Solutions & Consulting als interner Dienstleister um die Konzepterstellung und Umsetzung komplexer IT-Projekte.
- Entwicklung und Einführung nativer Android Apps auf Basis von Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Beratung mit internen Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Anforderungen, Konzeption und möglicher Umsetzung
- Koordinierung und Steuerung externer Partner bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der Joy App und weiterer Apps
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von innovativen Funktionen im Team inkl. nahtloser Integration in die vorhandene IoT Welt
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im agilen Umfeld mit Mobile Entwicklern, UX-Designern sowie Product Ownern
- Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Erstellen von Dokumentationen
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Android Apps
- Erfahrung mit Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, Modularisierung, Coroutines/Flow, Dependency Injection mit Koin
- Kenntnisse über Kotlin Multiplatform von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Sie bringen die nötige Passion mit, nahtlose native App-Erlebnisse und ansprechende UIs als einer der wichtigsten Faktoren unserer User Experience zu entwickeln
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit BLE für IoT Devices
- Kenntnisse in automatisierten Tests und CI/CD Pipelines
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an unserer attraktiven, leistungsorientierten Gehaltsstruktur und liegt je nach Qualifikation deutlich darüber.
