Full-Time | Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Executive to join a busy and well-established legal practice in Cork. This role will focus primarily on Probate and Conveyancing matters and would suit a motivated professional looking to join a supportive and professional environment. The Role The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors and clients, managing files from instruction through to completion while providing a high standard of administrative and client support. This is a varied role offering strong exposure across residential conveyancing and probate matters within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Managing residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to post-completion Assisting with probate and estate administration matters Drafting legal documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, and third parties Preparing contracts, closing documents, and Land Registry applications Managing diaries, appointments, and file administration Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures Supporting solicitors with general legal administration as required About You Previous experience as a Legal Executive or Legal Secretary within conveyancing and/or probate Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Strong communication and client-facing skills Experience using legal case management systems is desirable Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach What's on Offer Competitive salary package Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to work with an established legal team Career development opportunities Cork-based role with long-term stability For a confidential discussion and full details on the position, apply directly or contact us today.
