Als physician assistant draag je bij aan het welzijn van cliënten met complexe zorgvragen, zoals somatische, psychogeriatrische en psychiatrische problematiek. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waar samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. Jouw rol biedt een mooie balans tussen zelfstandigheid en ondersteuning van specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, waarbij je actief meedenkt over zorgvernieuwing en de ontwikkeling van onze expertise.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Onderzoeken, diagnosticeren en behandelen: cliënten met complexe zorgvragen op een persoonlijke en professionele manier begeleiden.
- Samenwerken: intensief afstemmen met artsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals.
- Bijdragen aan overleg: actief deelnemen aan medische vakgroepoverleggen en een constructieve samenwerking bevorderen.
- Ontwikkelen van zorgoplossingen: samen met collega’s en externe partners werken aan vernieuwende zorgconcepten en technologieën.
- Onderzoek en innovatie: bijdragen aan (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek om de zorg verder te verbeteren en nog persoonlijker te maken.

- Salaris tussen € 4.659 en € 7.018 per maand.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Parttime functie van 20 tot 36 uur per week.

- Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao VVT, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding, vakantiegeld (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%).
We zoeken een gedreven physician assistant die complexe zorgvragen met expertise en empathie benadert.
- BIG-geregistreerd en gediplomeerd physician assistant (MSc).
- Ervaring met multidisciplinaire samenwerking en heldere communicatie.
- Proactieve houding en besluitvaardigheid in complexe situaties.
- Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan zorginnovatie en expertiseontwikkeling.
- Bij voorkeur in bezit van rijbewijs B en reisbereidheid.
