Bei CONVOTIS entwickelst du nicht einfach Software - du gestaltest aktiv die technologische Zukunft unserer Lösungen im Bereich Cloud, Managed IT und Security.
Als Head of Software Engineering übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Softwareentwicklung am Standort Rotkreuz und führst unsere Engineering Teams fachlich und personell in die nächste Phase.
In dieser Rolle rapportierst du direkt an unseren CTO und gestaltest gemeinsam mit ihm sowie den anderen Teams die technologische Ausrichtung von CONVOTIS Schweiz.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Du verantwortest die Softwareentwicklung in Rotkreuz ganzheitlich - von der strategischen Ausrichtung bis zur operativen Umsetzung.
Typische Aufgaben können sein:
Gesamtverantwortung für die Softwareentwicklung am Standort Rotkreuz
Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung unserer Engineering Teams
Definition und Umsetzung der technischen Strategie gemeinsam mit dem CTO und anderen Bereichen
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Stabilität unserer Softwarelösungen
Weiterentwicklung unserer Architektur, Entwicklungsprozesse und Standards
Förderung moderner Engineering-Praktiken (z. B. Clean Code, CI/CD, Automatisierung)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Projektleitung und Kunden
Verantwortung für Ressourcenplanung, Budget und Priorisierung
Steuerung und Koordination von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte, Plattformen und Entwicklungsprozesse
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Softwarelösungen werden vorausgesetzt ( Core MVC, C#)
Ihr Profil
Wichtig ist vor allem deine Erfahrung in der Führung von Engineering Teams und dein Verständnis für moderne Softwareentwicklung.
Hilfreich sind zum Beispiel:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle im Software Engineering
Erfahrung im Umfeld von Managed IT, IT Services oder Cloud Plattformen
Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Teams und Systemen
Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu kommunizieren
Unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsstärke
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
