AlsGlobal Engineering Quality Manager (m|w|d) stellen Sie sicher, dass Engineering-Prozesse, Konstruktionen und Lieferergebnisse den höchsten Standards in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit entsprechen. Diese Rolle verbindet strategische Führung mit technischer Expertise und treibt Qualität von der Konzeptphase bis zur Umsetzung für Turbinen, Generatoren und verwandte Systeme voran.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und konsequente Anwendung von Prozessen zum technischen Risikomanagement (FMEA: DFMEA, SFMEA, PFMEA) über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung im Risikomanagement durch Tools wie cloudbasierte FMEA-Plattformen, Dashboards und automatisierte Tracking-Systeme.
- Moderation und Durchführung von FMEA-Sitzungen mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur systematischen Risikoidentifikation, -bewertung und -minderung.
- Sicherstellung vollständiger Rückverfolgbarkeit von Risiken, Einhaltung von Standards und Abschluss von Maßnahmen mithilfe digitaler Tools entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Fertigung, Einkauf und Projektmanagement zur Integration von FMEA-Ergebnissen in Design-, Produktions- und Ausführungsprozesse.
- Durchführung technischer Risikoanalysen und Audits sowie Schulung der Teams in FMEA-Methodik, Ursachenanalyse und präventiver Maßnahmenplanung.
- Überwachung und Berichterstattung zu Risikoindikatoren und FMEA-Fortschritt an die Führungsebene, Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Lessons Learned über digitale Plattformen.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Systemtechnik; weiterführende Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung in FMEA, Risikomanagement oder Qualität (z. B. CQE, Six Sigma) ist sehr wünschenswert.
- 7–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Ingenieurqualität oder im technischen Risikomanagement, idealerweise in einem regulierten oder projektorientierten Umfeld.
- Nachweisliche Expertise in der Leitung von FMEA-Aktivitäten (DFMEA, SFMEA, PFMEA), technischen Risikoanalysen und Umsetzung von Risikominderungsstrategien entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit digitalen Risikomanagement-Tools (z. B. APIS IQ-FMEA, Siemens Teamcenter Quality, PTC Windchill Quality Solutions oder vergleichbare Plattformen), Datenanalyse und digitalen Kollaborationsplattformen.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse von ISO 9001, Risikomanagement-Frameworks, Root-Cause-Analysen und Qualitätsplanung.
- Ausgezeichnete Moderations-, Analyse- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten in funktionsübergreifenden Teams, mit einer proaktiven und detailorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen.
