We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Systems Integration Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately capture and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions, design and implement infrastructure projects, and manage both technical and client-side risks. The role requires strong technical sensitivity, self-learning ability, and a passion for embracing new technologies. Mandarin preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain networking, security, storage, and voice system solutions for financial clients.
* Engage with clients to accurately understand and translate business and technical requirements into viable solutions.
* Lead pre-sales technical discussions, solution design, and project delivery.
* Manage risks during network cutovers and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal business impact.
* Provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring system stability and high availability.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into customer solutions where appropriate.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
* Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years of work experience in the financial industry as an integrator/solution provider.
* Proficiency with Cisco networking products, Dell servers, and storage systems; experience with voice/video integration.
* Solid infrastructure knowledge including routing protocols and L2/L3 support.
* Proven experience with network cutovers and migrations, with strong risk management skills.
* High technical sensitivity, strong self-learning ability, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
* Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification.
* Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Mandarin).
* Strong client relationship management and teamwork skills.

Pay: $99,832.20 - $120,228.03 per year
