We're looking for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become a vital part of our collaborative and compassionate NICU team at Tacoma General Hospital, a leading facility in the Pacific Northwest. High-Acuity Experience: Work in a Level III/IV NICU with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment. Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy 24-hour in-house shifts, allowing for fewer workdays and more time to recharge or explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Diverse Practice Settings: Rotate through our Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup, gaining broad experience across different care levels. Begin your career with confidence through our 1-year structured orientation program designed specifically for new graduates, including tuition reimbursement. Comprehensive onboarding with a dedicated "buddy" NNP mentor Consistent 1:1 support from Neonatologists Hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment.

Minimum of a master's degree
Benefits and CompensationPay Range (Base Pay): $150,000 - $195,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP. Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential.Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
